Iswar Saran P G Degree College, a constituent college of University of Allahabad, established Centre for Legal Education in 2019, to conduct the B.A LLB (HONS): FIVE YEAR INTEGRATED COURSE duly recognized by the Bar Council of India to accomplish the noble objective of nurturing talented, righteous and committed lawyers. The event coincided with the auspicious occasion of 50th Golden Jubilee Year of the college. Presently the college has been sanctioned 60 seats for the academic session 2019-20 and 75 seats for the academic session 2020-21.
The B.A LLB (HONS): FIVE YEAR INTEGRATED COURSE develops a rigorous, self – critical, creative and empathic mindset among the students. It offers a supervised and disciplined opportunity to learn practical legal skills through Legal Aid Clinics, Internships, Trial Practice, Moot Court Competitions, Elocutions and Group Discussions to enrich the education of future lawyers in terms of writing skills, advocacy skills and augment their exposure to diverse political, legal and cultural perspectives.
Library plays a crucial role in academic enrichment. The Library of Centre for Legal Education has 1220 books which comprises of 1000 text books and 220 reference books. The ambiance nurtures thinking, reading capacity of thirty students at a time through its ergonomic seating arrangements.

2. Webinar on Challenges and Opportunities in Legal Profession by department of Law, Iswar Saran P G College, Prayagraj was organized on 9th January, 2021. The purpose for the conduction of webinar was to the appraise the students of first semester regarding various opportunities in legal profession. The webinar functioned as an orientation program to the freshers. Distinguished speakers were Ex. Additional Solicitor General of India and Senior Advocate in Allahabad High Court Shri Ashok Mehta, Dean and Head of the faculty and Department of Law, University of Allahabad Prof. J. S. Singh, Advocate and Human Rights Activist Shri KK Roy and Principal of ISPG College Prof Anand Shanker Singh. The webinar commenced with the welcome address of Prof Anand Shanker Singh, who welcomed the Honorable guests and participants and brought forth the responsibilities of legal professionals for the smooth functioning of democracy. Prof. J S Singh deliberated on opportunities in International Law and major contribution of Indian judges, legal experts in field of International Law. Shri KK Roy is his deliberation exhorted the students to be sensitive towards environment and vulnerable communities of society, he brought the concept of providing Legal Aid to financially deprived sections of society. Shri Ashok Mehta encouraged the students to be voracious readers of multi-disciplinary subjects, so as to develop a wide horizon of knowledge. Convener of the Law Department Dr. Manoj Kumar Dubey proposed vote of thanks. Webinar was moderated by Dr. Manisha Khanna and Dr. Ankit Pathak. Faculties from the Law Department Dr. Dipika Sharma, Mr. Shiv Pratap Singh, Mr. Lavalesh Singh. Ms. Niharika Singh and Mr. Jai Singh were present. Mr. Abhishek Pandey was creative and technical assistant of the webinar.

3. Lecture on Legal Clinical Education: Dr. Ajay Pandey, Professor, Jindal Global Law School, O.P. Jindal Global University gave a lecture on Legal Clinical Education to students and faculty of Centre for Legal Education, Iswar Saran PG College, Prayagraj. He emphasized upon the humane qualities of judiciary which would be more reformative rather than coercive. Role of Police State would also change to welfare State consequently. Prof. Anand Shanker Singh, Principal, ISPG, College, emphasized upon the role of judiciary in Society. The Event was conducted by Dr. Manisha Khanna.
4. National Advance level workshop on Right to Information Act, 2005: A national advance level workshop on Right to Information Act, 2005 was organized by Centre for Legal Education, ISPG, College, Prayagraj along with Indian Legal Research Society on Criminology in collaboration with Arjun Das Gulati Group & Droit Penale on 8th February, 2020. Mr. Neeraj Kant Verma, Additional Government Advocate I, Allahabad High Court was the chief guest of the occasion and enlightened the gathering with his vast knowledge of Law. Prof. Anand Shanker Singh, Principal, ISPG, College, welcomed the chief guest and talked about the role of RTI in strengthening Democracy. Other speakers were Mrs. Sushmita Mukherji, Advocate, Allahabad High Court, Mr. Abhijit Mukherji, Advocate, Allahabad High Court, Mr. Prateek Chandra, Advocate, Allahabad High Court. They enriched students with an overview of RTI, Act, 2005, its basic legal provisions and also the mechanism of filling an actual Right to Information application.
