पत्रजातों के भौतिक सत्यापन के समय निम्न लिखित अभिलेख प्रस्तुत करें
1. पी.जी.ए.टी. का प्रवेश पत्र एवं स्कोर कार्ड।
2. हाईस्कूल, इण्टरमीडिएट एवं स्नातक परीक्षाओं के अंकपत्रों तथा प्रमाण-पत्रों की मूल एवं स्व-प्रमाणित फोटो प्रतिलिपियाँ।
3. स्थानान्तरण प्रमाण-पत्र (टी.सी.) की मूल प्रति।
4. अंतिम संस्था, जहाँ शिक्षा पायी हो, से मूल चरित्र प्रमाण-पत्र
5. स्टैम्पसाइज की अभ्यर्थी की रंगीन फोटो की दो प्रतियाँ।
6. एस.सी., एस.टी., ओ.बी.सी. एवं ई.डब्ल्यू.एस. वर्ग के छात्र जाति प्रमाण-पत्र एवं आय प्रमाण-पत्र की (अद्यतन) मूल एवं स्व-प्रमाणित फोटो प्रतिलिपियाँ (केंद्र सरकार के नियमानुसार लागू)।
7. वे छात्र जिन्होनं ने बीच में अध्ययन छोड़ दिया था वे इस आशय का शपथ-पत्र प्रस्तुत करें कि ऐसा उन्होंने किस परिस्थिति में किया था।
Present the following records at the time of physical verification of documents
1. PGAT Admit Card and Score Card.
2. Original of mark sheets and certificates of High School, Intermediate and Graduation examinations and Self-Attested photo copies of all that.
3. Original copy of Transfer Certificate (TC).
4. Original copy of character certificate from the last institution where education is received.
5. Two copies of stamp size colour photograph of the candidate.
6. SC/ ST/ OBC / E.W.S. student (latest) original and Self-Attested copy of caste certificate and income certificate (Applicable as per the to Central Govt. Rules).
7. Those students who dropped out midway should submit an affidavit of Gap Year (under what circumstances they did so).
